- The returned product must be sent by registered mail and must contain a written description of what you want (exchange or refund) and the full number of your order. Otherwise the processing of the practice may be delayed.
- All returned products must be new and unused.
- For the replacement, the costs of the new shipment are borne by the customer (according to the standard postal rate).
- To obtain a refund, a request will be made to BPN Paribas and as soon as it is accepted, a refund will be made within 15 days, to your bank account used for the credit card payment.
