The products I received do not match my order. What should I do ?
The information indicated on each product sheet are those indicated by the suppliers from which the products were purchased. it.sensee.com will do its best to ensure that the photographic representation of the products on the site is as faithful as possible to the products themselves.
In case of non-conformity of the product delivered to the customer (the product supplied is different from what was ordered, for example when there is a difference in reference or correction), the customer may return the product to it.sensee.com
Under the provisions of Article L 211-4 of the French Consumer Code, in case of non-compliance of products, the Customer has the option :
Either the delivery of a product of equivalent price and quality, within the limits of available stocks.
Either a refund of the price of the product within 14 days of the request.
The shipping costs of a new product will be borne by it.sensee.com.
