The product must be sent as follows: Properly protected in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (undamaged). And together with the invoice to allow it.sensee.com to identify you (order number, name, address) and to make the corresponding refund excluding shipping costs.
it.sensee.com refund the shipping costs of returned goods, according to the standard postal rate and after receiving the returned material, accompanied by a copy of the shipping bill with the relevant costs. And subject to compliance with the above provisions, including those relating to the state of the products and their packaging. The returns in port assigned will not be accepted.

The guarantee of conformity of the products will be valid for 6 months, from the date of delivery, for defects that will appear within this period. After this period the warranty will cease.
